Volunteers help Stages productions run smoothly, both backstage and at the front of the house. Please use this form to sign up for the available volunteer roles and times.

Promote your business or cause and/or show your support for the cast and community youth theater with an ad in the programs for the 2023-2024 Season at A Magical Journey Thru Stages! 

• Is your business or cause focused on adults, kids, or families? A season ad in the program for all of our performances could reach up to 8,000 audience members!
• Give a shoutout to a family member or friend who is involved with the show with an individual show ad, which will appear in the programs for 3-6 performances per show!
• Or, make a more significant impact by becoming a show or season sponsor! We can work with you to put together a package of benefits that promotes your business or cause to thousands of our patrons and brings you enhanced recognition for your support of the arts in our community. Stages is launching a new effort to further build community within our Stages family and match needs with interests and expertise. We hope to help Stages function more smoothly, engage volunteers to help our limited staff focus on their core responsibilities, and build lasting connections between the families that participate in Stages programs.

The Stages Opportunities Guide is your trusty handbook to the many ways in which you can contribute. 

When you submit a volunteer application, we will do our best to assign you to your first choice. However, it may turn out that in reviewing your application, we discover that your talents and experience would benefit Stages in another capacity, and we might request that you consider another role.  

We hope and expect that every family will find a way to lend some time and expertise. Performing an Organizational Role is not a contractual obligation, but we expect and hope that you will embrace it and fulfill the role for as long as you can. If you feel you will not have time for an Organizational Role, please consider the many options to help with an individual show. And if you do take on an Organizational Role, you are welcome and encouraged to also volunteer for individual shows.
